A 10-month ability-based digital literacy programme for children aged 10–16, aligned to Microsoft Digital Literacy and ICDL standards.

Programme Goal
Equip 500 orphaned children with verified digital skills by 2030.

A structured two-week excursion for selected teenagers from our partner orphanages inside leading Nigerian companies across finance, oil & gas, construction, FMCG, media, and fashion.

Expose 9 teen orphans inside 6 Lagos companies in August 2026.

NextGem Refiners

A structured, accountable volunteer network — all year.

Volunteers are recruited, trained, and deployed to deliver tutoring, mentorship, and life skills support across all partner orphanages. Every hour is QR-tracked, reported, and rewarded

Deploy 200 active Refiners across all partner states by end of 2031.
