Our Mandate

We exist to ensure that Nigeria's orphaned children have access to education, healthcare, and opportunity at institutional scale.

NextGem Foundation partners with legally registered orphanages across Nigeria to deliver structured, accountable welfare programmes. We provide the systems, the people, and the partnerships that orphanages cannot build alone.

Our work spans volunteer deployment, educational and medical support, talent development, and institutional advocacy — all with direct financial accountability to our partners and donors.

NextGem REFINERS

NextGem Spotlight - Talent Development Programme

NextGem SPOTLIGHT

Every child has something they're good at — a voice, a skill, a talent no one's had the chance to notice. Spotlight finds it, develops it, and puts it in front of the people and platforms that can turn it into an opportunity.
